The hotel's accessible layout and thoughtful decoration made it a comfortable stay for senior people like myself. The elevators were conveniently located and easy to use, allowing me to move around the hotel without any hassle. The hallways were well-lit and spacious, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking stick. , the seating areas in the common areas were cozy and inviting, offering a pleasant place for relaxation and conversation.
The only improvement I would suggest is for the children working there to be more attentive to the needs of senior guests. A little extra assistance and patience from the staff would greatly enhance the vacation experience for us elderly travelers.

The hotel had a charming and vintage decor, with beautiful common areas that made me feel like I stepped back in time. The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with ramps and elevators available for easy navigation.
I would ask for a better vacation for senior people, if the children working there could be more attentive and helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me when I lost my wallet. They even offered me a seat, a glass of juice, and kind words of comfort during the stressful situation. The location of the hotel was convenient, with close proximity to the airport, making it ideal for transit. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory.
On the downside, the hotel appeared dated and poorly maintained. The rooms were small and faced internally, lacking natural light and views.

We chose Hotel Pacifico for its proximity to Jorge Newbury airport, and it was just what we needed. The friendly staff went out of their way to help us with any issues we had. The breakfast, served by the happiest and nicest staff member we've encountered in our travels, was decent. In terms of value for money, this hotel is excellent. Plus, we appreciated not being charged the IVA when paying with a foreign credit card.
I do not recommend this hotel.

The room at Hotel Pacifico was cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the soft lighting created a relaxed atmosphere. As a budget traveler, this room was perfect for me to unwind after a long day of exploring.
While the room was delightful, I personally found the bathroom a bit small. However, this is just my opinion, and I'm sure others may not mind it at all.
